Azimuth
A team working together on laptops around one table

Small team, regulated records, real airfields.

Azimuth is operations software for flying clubs and flight schools in Canada and the United States. No roles are open at the moment.

A Canadian company, built by Canadians.

Azimuth is designed and built here in Canada. We are a small team helping flying clubs and schools bring their operations together, and showing that some of the best aviation software in the world can come from here.

What we look for.

You want to understand the work
The product is opinionated because the people who built it have stood at the desk when a snag grounded an aircraft and three members had to be phoned. Flying is not required. Asking what a hobbs meter is, before calling it a number field, is.
You will talk to the people using it
Whoever builds a thing hears about it from a chief flight instructor, directly. There is no layer between you and that.
You would rather ship something correct than something impressive
The software refuses bookings for a living. Its value is being right, including on the days being right is inconvenient.

No roles are posted at this time.

Write anyway if you think you would be useful here, and say what you would want to build. At this size the useful applications are usually the unsolicited ones.
